Convincing Faith Think About It
We as Christians do share beliefs and hold our strong convictions to what the Holy Bible actually is. So what is it? Is it just a book of stories of old times past? Is it a fairy tale as many would like us to believe? Is it a random book of occult followings? Yes the secular world would love for us to believe that is a fairy tale and we Christians are nothing but a bunch of crazy people believing in something that is not real.
Well, if you are reading this because you are a Christian, then you know the truth don’t you? If you are like me, my lack of faith has nothing to do with my lack of faith in Christ and the Bible being the true word of God. But it has everything to do with my lack of faith. Does that make any sense?
I believe with all that I am, all of my heart, that the Holy Bible, are scriptures containing the true word of God, my Heavenly Father. We know as we read and study the Bible, that it is also a form of communication. As the Holy Spirit guides us through our journey in life, we are quick to understand that these words are not just old stories, but every word pertains to our lives and how we live it today.
If you believe this to be true, then I am back at my previous comment. Our lack of faith has nothing to do with our lack of believing in truth, but yet we still continue to lack in our faith. Obviously, many of us who believe still struggle believing. It is wonderful to know that God loves us regardless of our struggles in faith.
Love of Christ
Sometimes we wonder, why is it that no matter how we try to share with our non-believing friends and family members, the great love of our Christ, despite our efforts, they remain unconvinced? Think about it, could it be because we have not convinced them that we are convinced?
This is what brings me to ask those of you who are believers, struggling with financial difficulties and hardships, why are you? Is it because you just can’t seem to make enough money at your current job? Is it because you have climbed into debt affording luxuries you can’t really afford? Is it because the cost of living has just climbed higher than your raises? There could be many different reasons for each of us, why we are in the shape we are in. But, how do we get out of it? How do we climb above our current situations? Where can we find that answer? Could it be, in the Bible?
I have learned many lessons shared by our Holy Spirit and I am certain to learn many more. Not all of them have been easy lessons, but the hard lessons usually are hard because I am not listening, wanting to do things my way instead of trusting, having faith in God’s promises. Yes, if you do read your Bible, it is full of promises for each one of us and we know, God does keep his promises. The fact that we may not receive what he wants to give, could be, because we won’t open up the gift box!
Faith to Believe
We are so blessed, living in this great wonderful country, the United States of America! Yes it has its problems, but think about it, we are so rich, even when we are poor! Take a look at the many other countries and you will see real poverty! We do have unlimited opportunities available to each and every one of us. But it is just a matter of each one of us having the faith to believe, the faith to open that gift box.
We have so many wonderful and legitimate network marketing companies out there offering great opportunities to those who seek. The price range varies but the opportunity is there, and yes, some of them are free! Even those that are not free, it will not cost you your arm or leg, so what are you afraid of? Well, maybe it is because the price is faith.
If you are ready to take a step, that leap of faith, then I would suggest to you my friend, it is time to believe, time to convince your friends and family members that you do believe. There is truly something out there for everyone. Find a product that you can believe in, something that you enjoy and if money is tight, start out with one that is free!
It does bewilder me at times, why my Christian friends and family members seem to be so negative about supporting and believing those who are living in faith. Many will shop at and spend their Christian money with businesses that are not Christ centered, but yet neglect calling on their Christian friend and doing business with them. Again it goes back to, believing but yet not having any faith.
Remember what is written:
Matthew 7:6-8
6 “Do not give what is holy to the dogs; nor cast your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you in pieces.
7 “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.
Matthew 17:20
So Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.
